Ann Marie Giron, OTR/L, TCLEOSE Instructor, TSAC Coach
Ann Marie graduated with honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Occupational Therapy. Ann Marie has served as Director for the Work Hardening Program since 2005. She is a certified TCLEOSE instructor a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach, and is trained in Defensive Tactics.

Jessica Gonzalez, BKin
Jessica has been with the El Paso Orthopaedic Surgery Group since 2003. She has a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Biological Sciences. Jessica is the supervisor for the Work Hardening, Physical and Occupational Therapy Departments.

Isaac Montes, OTR/L, CLT, CEAS
Isaac graduated from UTEP in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and has been with EPOSG since 2004. He is a certified Lymphedema therapist and a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

Lois Nance, M.A., L.P.C., L.M.F.T.
Lois has a Master’s of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology. Her areas of expertise include cognitive behavior modification, anxiety and depressive disorders, individual and group counseling, testing and evaluation, marriage and family therapy, play therapy and anxiety and depressive disorders.

Darlina (Magallanes) Bolding
Darlina has been with the work hardening department since January 2011. Darlina is the pre-certification/collections associate for the department.
Janet Benge
Janet has been with EPOSG since 2008. She is a certified Personal Trainer, certified Water Aerobics Instructor, a certified Lifeguard and is CPR certified. Janet assists with patient care and health and safety efforts.
Peter Rios
Peter has been a member of the Work Hardening team since 2002. He is certified in CPR and assists with patient care and health and safety efforts.
Kareem Cager
Kareem has been a member of the Work Hardening team since 2011. He is assists with patient care and health and safety efforts.
